CINEMATRIX (with WiFi adpter) is an internet video streaming set top box with search functionality.

We have been waiting for this amazing device since March of last year, and now it's finally in limited production.

No monthly fees, actually there are no fees period! Forget Netflix or Google TV or Apple TV!

Simply search for films and watch them or pick somthing from the "Genre List". Thousands of domestic English language movies and TV shows are available.

Foreign films are also abundant and this device is exceptionally great for Chinese speaking people, as many of the English films have Chinese subtitles available.

There are plenty of Chinese movies and TV shows as well, but English speakers don't worry, there are thousands of movies for you too.

The device also plays video, audio and photos from a connected USB storage device such as a USB Thumb Drive, so your downloaded or home videos can be played through the device as well as what you stream from the Internet.

Cinematrix works on the P2P QVOD networks out of Asia. Estimates are 50,000 servers with over 1,000,000 video files available for free viewing via live streaming. Select a movie to watch, allow 30 seconds to start filling up the 2GB internal buffer, and grab the popcorn! Anything you allow to stream, will be saved on your connected USB storage device (Hard Drive or Thumb Drive it doesn't matter).

For example, select a TV series with 13 episodes, start the first one streaming and walk away, within hours the entire season is stored on your USB storage media so you can go back and watch at your leisure.

Also note that the Cinematrix device complains if you have high security set for WiFi on your router, for best performance router should be set to the base security level (WEP).
